This comes from someone who has an old EK from 2015, and a Brave 6 The brave 6 is ok, I use it on motorcycle mounts in Asia and it does well light or dark for rides, audio is crap as usual though. No thanks $300, ill pay $100 more for Insta which is way better than gopro

Great unboxing. I love these videos. A few notes. You said Meshport Blue is for the older units without mesh. While it is true. The Sena +Mesh (which looks like an all black meshport) will do the trick. The Meshport Blue like the red started out life for the industrial world, but overtime has been making its way to motorcycles. The Idea of the MPBlue was to use it to connect other bluetooth devices to the Mesh network, like Airpods. I ended up buying a meshport blue and was able to hook it up to my Cardo Spirit HD. It works great. Sena has updated the hardware on the Sena Meshport Blue in the past 6 months to where it is bluetooth 5, im hoping Meshport red gets a hardware update soon, since they are pushing that product more.

Hey Greg, so I’m watching this clip a year later and just wanted to ask for an update… has the leather stretched out too much over time even with just 3 cards present? I used to have card wallets like this and the leather would stretch out way too much that with the slightest movement, the cards would fall out or the aluminum holders would have their trigger fail on me. Let me know how it’s held up for you!

Hey! Great review. I was wondering about the Brave 7 LE not having external mic support. According to the Akaso support portal, the Brave 7 LE supports Akaso’s micro USB external mic. Did they make an update recently? Thanks again!

EK7000 stabilization is not good. Brave 8 LTE is a good camera choice.

They are the best. However if you have greasy residue (sunscreen makeup) you may still need to do a quick rinse with a drop of Dawn and water.. then use this for in between and on the go..

That's the same quality of what I see in NatGeo when they zoom in to show some birds.

Just buy cheaper headphones if you can’t afford genuine ones instead of supporting clone industry. Never understood how someone wants others to think they can afford expensive stuff

I bought one direct from akaso. It didnt work, wouldnt power on at all. Akaso were excellent dispatching a replacement one immediately. Im using it as a dash cam on my motorcycle with its driving mode option.

8:55 Ahh, this is where you are wrong! I find it to be IMPOSSIBLE to edit a 10 or 20 minute video using the app and then be able to export a massive file. With this device, as you suggest, I can edit directly to the card. So... I'm gonna go buy a card reader now. I hope this works. Otherwise, the phone app is completely useless, since I can't export any videos.
